Join us Monday mornings for a cup of coffee and an hour of socialization with our Volunteer and Client Coordinator and a member of Vaughan Community Health Centre. In this program we take a laid back approach of talking about life and wellbeing.  

This is facilitated on Zoom and is done in partnership with the Vaughan Community Health Centre.
