At Hospice Georgina, we ensure the secure and organized storage of all important files. Essential documents related to management, finances, HR, and policies are kept in locked cabinets in our administrative office, accessible only to authorized personnel. Confidential client and volunteer files and personal health information are stored in a locked room. Electronically, administrative documents and resources are stored on secure network drives, while client records are managed in a secure secure platform. Internal communications and project files are maintained through restricted-access email and collaboration tools, ensuring that all sensitive information remains protected and accessible only to those with proper authorization.
